A : Bulk lead time will be around 7-15 days after samples are approved and deposit has been paid.

Q : Can I order some sample for our testing?
A : We accept custom sample first, the sample fee will be refunded when the bulk order quantity is over 1000pcs.

A : You can advise us PMS colors or Healong color numbers of our color chart (it needs to ship to you).
Q : what format of design or logo you need?
A : CDR, AI, EPS, PSD or PDF. High resolution JPG is acceptable as well.
